We're supporting Children in Need
Wellfest 2020
Wellfest is back this year with a new online platform making it easy for families to get involved and do something to help keep their minds and bodies healthy. We need to be kind to ourselves and each other we can do this by looking after our physical and mental wellbeing. Wellfest is virtual and has lots of resources and information on how to look after your health and happiness. This can be done from the comfort of you home. Wellfest will be live on Monday 26th October and will run from Wednesday 28th- Sunday 1st November. You can browse each of the festival tents these are a healthy tent, happy tent, which will give you ideas on how you can eat well, information and support to look after your mind and advice for your family or new parents. For the main stage , a full programme of exercise, relaxation dance and baby classes will be streamed via YouTube and Facebook along with story evenings
